Am I bound to the Yacht Work List forever?
Not at all! Yacht Work List is a pay-as-you-go service, so you are not bound by any contract or commitment to stay subscribed.
What are the payment options?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
What is the maximum number of Work Orders you can create in a month?
You can create an unlimited number of Work Orders in a month, in all plans.
Is there any long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contract. You can opt for monthly or yearly subscriptions. For yearly subscriptions, you can benefit from a discount.
Is there a discount for the yearly plan?
Of course! For our yearly plan, pay for 10 months and enjoy two months of Yacht Work List absolutely free.
How many users can I add?

How secure is the Yacht Information?
All information and data sources detailed in the Yacht Work List are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I run more than one Yacht?
Yes, absolutely. You can have multiple Yachts and different plans using a unique account with Yacht Work List.

If at any time you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can get a full refund based on our company refund policy.
Do you store my credit card information?

What kind of payments do you accept?

Why am I paying every month or every year on a recurring basis?
You signed up for a monthly or yearly subscription. A subscription, to any service not only ours, is something that you pay recurrently, and you do not renew explicitly every month/year.
How to get a new invoice?
Invoices will be automatically sent to your e-mail address on every new purchase & renewal. If you have not received or have mis-placed the invoice, please e-mail us at info@yachtworklist.com .
What about new versions and updates?
All new versions and updates are included automatically as long as you have an active paid subscription.
